We had Captain Don take us out to scatter my dad’s ashes last month. It was an amazing trip and we will be forever thankful to him and his crew for making it a wonderful memory.

proposalI wanted to send this email to you sooner, but as you know the first 2 weeks after getting engaged are pretty hectic. However, the least hectic part by far was the engagement itself and I want to thank you and your wife for playing a big part in that. Not only was the boat beautiful, but you both went out of your way to make sure the night was spectacular (definitely one that my fiancé and I will remember forever). From the cruise around the harbor, to timing her accepting my proposal with the firing of the cannons of the USS Constitution, it was just perfect. I especially want to thank your wife for taking the time to take photos of us (both candid and posed) throughout the night. So many people get engaged and don’t have photos of that special moment to cherish, but thanks to the two of you, we do. Pull that off while still not being to too invasive on our special night was fantastic. Being on your boat just cruising the harbor would have been great, but talking to the two of you, the firing of the cannons, and all of the pictures made it memorable. Looking back, we wouldn’t have changed a single thing.

 

I am talking to friends and family now about chartering your boat (and more importantly the two of you) in the future just for some nights out next year.

I want to thank you for all your help last week arranging a great team dinner cruise on the beautiful yacht Night Rider.It was the perfect venue for our meeting, as our primary goal was to create a situation where our new team would have an opportunity to socialize and engage one another in fun conversation – and the food you arranged was excellent and plentiful! The trip really got people to open up and have some fun! Captain Don and Ann Marie were excellent hosts, and everyone really enjoyed themselves.I would recommend the experience to anyone else in the Boston area looking for a productive way to have a great team dinner; after the event, the team commented it was a great example of thinking outside the norm – and the added bonus was that we didn’t have all the typical noise of a loud restaurant when we were trying to spend some time getting to know each other. I can’t wait to do it again!

I truly do not know what to say. The cruise on “Night Rider” could not have been more perfect. From my first phone call with you Ann, to the final farewell, it was picture perfect!Captain Don and Anne Marie were so hospitable, and they made all of us feel like we were home. I would recommend them to all my colleagues and friends who are looking for a relaxing day on beautiful Boston Harbor, on a beautiful yacht, with incredible hosts. “Night Rider” was absolutely elegant and spacious, and it totally exceeded all my expectations!! I just wanted to thank you for setting up the charter for us on Saturday afternoon. The Night Rider is a gorgeous yacht, and Capt. Don and First Mate Ann Marie were exceptional. I just wanted to extend a huge thank you for arranging the charter service for us for last Sunday. We all were so happy to have been aboard Night Rider for our gathering. The boat is spectacular, and Don and Ann-Marie could not have been more welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. They were especially great with the kids, who are still raving about the boat and the fun they had. Laying our father to rest could have been a sad and dreary outing, but they provided the perfect balance of respect and enjoyment so that it truly became a celebration of his life – and a very memorable day. Thank you so much for arranging the special Volvo Ocean Race charter trip on Night Rider! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Capt. Don, his first mate Ann Marie, or the yacht. We went to Boston specifically to watch the In-Port Volvo races on May 9, and Capt. Don put us in perfect position the entire time. His boat handling skills are fantastic, as it was very crowded in the outer harbor that day. Besides being an immaculate boat, Night Riderhad the power and speed to get us to each end of the course so that we had a perfect view of the race. Ann Marie provided us with refreshments and snacks, and always wanted to make sure that we were all comfortable and well taken care of. Capt. Don and Ann Marie are the nicest of people; we look forward to seeing them again in the future – and we highly recommend their services.

Night Rider and Capt. Don were great on Saturday!…Though I am a sailor, you really do need to be on a power boat to watch an event like the Volvo Ocean Race because of the fleet movements – and he got us into the best positions possible. Thank you so much for putting this trip together for those of us lucky enough to be able to attend.
